FlacSquisher is a very simple application that allows you to convert music stored in lossless FLAC audio compression format to more popular MP3 and OGG files. Thanks to it, we will save valuable space on the computer disk with a slight decrease in sound quality, as well as we will play our favourite music collections on smartphones and various types of mobile devices (which do not support FLAC format). The FlacSquisher tool is characterized by small size, banal support and high speed audio conversion between supported formats.

It can operate in multithreaded mode, allowing you to support different conversion parameters using Lame and Ogg Vorbis codecs. The program allows you to work with entire music libraries (no possibility to point to individual files). From the configuration options level, the user can define file extensions that will not be taken into account during conversion.

This may be useful if the music directory defined in the application contains music in other formats in addition to FLAC files.
