FixBee is a small and free tool for removing common Windows performance and stability issues. It consists of two independent modules to optimize the operation of the hard drive and remove unnecessary files from the computer. The built-in disk defragmentation tool works in several stages.
First, it carefully analyzes the entire contents of the indicated disc or partition, searches for any data whose location on the disc may cause a decrease in performance, and then displays a detailed report with the results to the user. It contains, among others, the point value of the current optimization level, the size and number of unoptimized files and information whether the user should carry out the optimization operation. In the next step, FixBee makes changes to the disk, which are based on changing the location of the files listed earlier, so that access to them takes as little time as possible.
This not only affects the performance of individual applications installed on the computer, but also improves the overall condition of the system. The second tool works on the same principle as the defragmenter. First, the drive is analyzed, in which all errors and redundant data are detected, then a report is displayed with a list of redundant or uninstalled applications that can be removed.
The next step is to create a system restore point and delete unnecessary components, which were previously selected by the user. FixBee is a safe and very easy to use tool, which, despite the lack of the Polish language version, should not cause problems to anyone. It is equipped with a task schedule, which allows the user to define the dates at which the optimization will be carried out.
In the program settings, the program can also indicate which disks and partitions are to be taken into account during defragmentation and whether the operation of deleting unnecessary or duplicated data is to be permanent or transferred to the system trash.
