Invoice JPK is a program for issuing invoices with warehouse staff and JPK, created on the basis of a proven Invoice -NT, downloaded from our catalogue several thousand times. In relation to its original, it is devoid of some of the more sophisticated functions, but it reflects a wealth of functions enabling the issuing of various invoices and, what is important, it is available to the readers of the portal good programs completely free of charge (details below)! An intuitive interface makes it easy to print a VAT invoice quickly, and more than 20 templates allow you to customise the printout to suit your individual preferences.

The program supports dual currency sales, export and WDT invoices, receipts, advance and summary invoices, RR invoices, corrections. VAT invoices can also be issued immediately to receipts printed using the system. Counterparty's data are completed automatically after entering its NIP number.

The program also provides access to goods and business partners' files, PKWiU code database, warehouse management with inventory control, issuance of WZ and PZ documents, inventories, etc., keeping records of orders for suppliers and customers, allows for partial execution of orders, offers registers, reports, analyses, payment control, Intrastat declarations and many others. The program can generate JPK_VAT and JPK_FA files. These files can then be sent directly to the Ministry of Finance or to the accounting office.

Invoice - JPK is basically a paid program, costing from 79 PLN gross. However, for the readers of the portal good programs we have a surprise - the basic version of the program you can have completely free of charge after entering the code SY18WC, which must be entered during registration. The program works as a full version for 30 days without registration, so you can test it before registration.

The basic version of the application is provided with free updates, but it is limited to one workstation and is not covered by technical support (which can be purchased, however).
