HANDEL Small Business Invoice is an easy to use trade and warehouse program, created by MEGA-TECH for small and medium enterprises running a simple warehouse. Similarly to the basic version of Small Business Invoice, the software allows for efficient and convenient issuing of various types of sales documents (invoices, pro-forma invoices, advance invoices, fiscal receipts, etc.) and keeping a file of contractors and goods/services. Thanks to the warehouse module we can monitor the condition of goods in the warehouse and issue such documents as PZ, WZ, PW, RW and MM.

The program also included the option of recording all kinds of purchases, cash register management and preparation of KP, KW, BP and BW documents, generating offers and orders for individual customers, as well as convenient export of the collected data to Excel or Word format. Noteworthy is the listings and analyses module, used to record VAT sales, various types of analyses of sales of selected goods, best/worst customers, preparing reports of receivables and liabilities or warehouse turnover for a selected period. The advantage of HANDEL Small Business Invoice is the ability to create your own order template and invoice, so that the document printed by us can look exactly as we need it.

The program can be successfully used on single workstations, as well as on many computers working within the local network (MySQL database is used for data storage). Among the supported fiscal printers you will find ELZAB, Innova and PosNet devices.
