Eusing Free Registry Defrag is a free application designed to defragment the Windows registry file. Over time, the Windows registry, installation of new programs is getting bigger and access to its entries is getting longer and longer. In most cases, uninstalling a program is not tantamount to deleting all entries registered by the program in the system registry.

Even if these data are deleted, the size of the registry will not change. This is due to the fact that the data will be marked as empty and will remain in place. Registry defragmentation reduces the size of the registry file, increasing overall system performance.

Eusing Free Registry Defrag works extremely fast, allowing you to defragment a registry file in less than a minute. The defragmentation process itself does not change the contents of the registry in any way, nor does it physically defragment the file on the disk. Optimization consists only in compacting the register branches to the minimum possible size.

When the registry defragmentation process is completed, the application displays a short report on the optimization results. In order for the changes made after defragmentation to have an effect, the computer must be restarted.
