emSzmal 3 is the next installment of a well-known financial management application, which allows to store information about financial operations, as well as importing statements directly from the websites of selected banks. In this edition of the program we can define any number of accounts from different banks at the same time, as well as add accounts unrelated to any particular bank. All accounts can be grouped freely, and the funds collected in them are visible in the form of summaries for each group separately.

The function of automatic checking of the balance on the accounts ensures that the presented information is up to date, without any additional intervention on the part of the user. It also informs us of changes to your account by e-mail or other notification of your choice. You can add/edit and delete operations on accounts, also in this case the program will take care of updating the balances on accounts on its own.

The basic functionality of the program, i.e. automated download of bank statements, has been extended by the possibility of manual import of statements from CSV/XML files. The operation filter mechanism with the possibility of defining your own search criteria has also been extended.

It allows for a very simple search of statements by parameters such as the name of the counterparty, account number, payment title or transaction amount. The program allows for remote/multi-user work, in which each user of the program can receive not only different rights, but also have access only to accounts selected by the administrator. What's more, we can also limit the data presented to users only to those operations that meet the defined criteria.

From other functions of the program it is worth mentioning the possibility of assigning own notes, groups and statuses to operations, exporting banking operations to files in CSV/XML and HTML formats, printing options for single or entire lists of operations, as well as archiving statements (they will remain available in the program also after closing the account). emSzmal is a great help in handling orders from the shop or online auctions. Especially due to the payment service of PayU (Allegro.pl), PayPal, DotPay, TPay, Przelewy24 and a number of plugins enabling automatic posting of transfers in online shops on platforms:

The application also enables direct export of statements to programs: Symfonia Finanse i Księgowość, Rewizor nexo, Subiekt nexo, Rachmistrz nexo, Rewizor GT, Subiekt GT, ERP Optima and WF-FaKir and inFakt.pl, wFirma.pl and Fakturownia.pl.
