EMDB is a very good and free tool for cinema lovers, which enables convenient cataloguing of all items from your video library. Using it, we will save information about all owned and/or watched films or TV series on your computer's hard drive. The program offers functionality that allows you to conveniently and comfortably manage a collection of owned/viewed films, regardless of whether it contains several or thousands of items.

Adding individual titles to the database is facilitated by the built-in option to import video data from online databases (IMDB, DVDEmpire, FreeCovers.net, MovieMeter.nl). Of course, there was also the possibility of downloading covers. The user can freely sort the content of the video library according to different criteria, as well as search for selected items.

Other features include automatic update of descriptions, statistics module, keyboard shortcut support and the ability to export data to HTML, TXT and CSV files. Apart from the possibility of collecting information about the titles, the application can also be successfully used to create a "wish list", i.e. a list of films we would like to watch or lend to our friends.

The advantage of the application is an interesting and user-friendly graphical interface and the function of mass import of video materials saved on the computer.
