EfficientPIM is a free application that serves as a comprehensive personal organizer. It allows you to efficiently organize time, collect information about events, create TODO lists or contact libraries, but not only. The program is easy to use, offers a user-friendly interface and is aimed at both beginners and advanced computer users who would like to increase their productivity and work efficiency.

With its help it is possible to conveniently create plans of the day, lists of tasks to perform, libraries with contacts to friends or customers, as well as editing electronic diaries and various types of notes. The latter can easily be placed on the desktop, like standard cards glued by many of us on the fridge. Almost every entry added to the application can be marked by many detailed attributes, defining not only the content of the task itself or the place of its completion, but also the priority, category, additional notes and attachments and alarms, reminding us of the approaching completion date.

EfficientPIM also allows you to securely collect the URLs of your favorite websites and even passwords to them. Access to the program can be protected with a password. It is also possible to create backups of data stored in the program, which we will successfully restore, for example, after reinstallation of the system.
