EasyUEFI is a free tool for managing startup positions in the EFI/UEFI interface. It allows you to create, delete, edit and back up all predefined start positions. With the help of this small program we will also create a Windows PE startup image, which can be used to repair damaged or missing startup entries.

EasyUEFI provides the ability to support EFI/UEFI entries based on Windows Vista, 7, 8, 2008 and 2012, while the bootable media is compatible with the Windows 7/8 environment.
