Ancestral tree is an uncomplicated application for creating and printing a family tree in A4 or A3 formats. Working with it is based on templates in which the user manually enters information or reads files created with the use of other programs of this type. The software in its offer has a set of several interesting graphic templates, allowing to create a spectacular ancestor tree design for a selected person (probant) with minimal effort.

The next step is only to add information (name, surname, date of birth, date of death and photo) about the persons concerned to the selected graphic design. The finished design of the family tree can be saved as a PDF document or JPEG/BMP graphic file. The Ancestral Tree application supports genealogical data in GED (international format for the exchange of genealogical information) and DG (genealogical tree by the same author) formats, while fully supporting the Unicode encoding standard.
