DocuFreezer is a very useful tool thanks to which we can convert selected documents and presentations to a file saved in PDF format. With this program we can convert Word, Excel or PowerPoint files, and even documents saved in HTML and XPS format to PDF. You can also convert documents and the already mentioned PDFs into image files such as JPG, TIFF and PNG.

This option seems to be particularly useful when you don't want the user to make any changes to a particular file if you want to get acquainted with it.
