A tool for creating virtual VHDs used in Virtual PC or Hyper-V software with a physical disk image. Disk2vhd, unlike P2V tools for migrating physical environments to virtual environments, allows you to "hot" create images, also from disks currently used by the system - this is possible thanks to the use of VSS technology and making a VHD image from a snapshot copy. Disk2vhd is part of the Sysinternals Suite.
