Cydia Impactor is a universal tool for installing software on mobile devices with iOS and Android systems without normal installation mechanisms (so-called sideloading). With its help you can install .IPA (iOS) and .APK (Android) files. The program also allows you to access the shell of your mobile device, debug your iOS device, unlock, upload Fastboot image, remotely launch the application, sign IPA files, delete Xcode certificates and delete the App ID.

However, the main application of Cydia Impactor seems to be uploading jailbreaks on iOS. Note that on Windows you must first install the appropriate driver for your Android device. If the device is not detected, use the USB Driver Scan function.
