CRM plus is a program whose functionality goes far beyond what its name suggests. The main component of the program is of course the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module, which allows, among other things, to register customer data, define their statuses, search using various filters, automatic notification of planned contacts, access to various lists, automatic monitoring of the debt status for sales staff, etc. What distinguishes CRM plus are additional and fully functional modules, which enable issuing invoices and receipts (also on a fiscal printer), warehouse service, keeping VAT registers and the Revenue and Disbursement Book.

This makes the program more like a business management package than a CRM tool from the functional side.
