CommView is an excellent tool for monitoring and analyzing activities in the local network (sniffer). The program allows you to monitor all connections, transmitted packets, open ports, sessions, etc. It supports both Ethernet 10/100/1000 Mbps network cards and WiFi wireless cards as well as Token Ring adapters and dial-up devices (e.g.

modems). In addition to preview, the program also allows you to capture selected packages for later analysis, archiving, exporting, etc., providing an effective filtering mechanism. IP packets are decrypted to the lowest layer with full analysis of the main IP protocols.
