Cheetah DVD Burner is a simple but functional program for burning data to CD/DVD/Blu-Ray discs. It can handle compilations containing both data, music and films. It also allows you to create and burn ISO disc images.

At first glance, the program seems to have limited functionality compared to the competition. With its help, it is possible to create and burn data compilation discs, create Audio-CD media (from MP3, MP2, WMA, AVI, OGG and WAV files) and DVD-Video (from FLV, AVI, WMV, MP4 and MOV files) in NTSC and PAL systems, which can be viewed via a stationary DVD player. Cheetah DVD Burner also allows you to create images of the media from the specified files and burn them to discs.

In addition, it can convert video to FLV, AVI, WMV, MP4, MOV, GIF, MP3, MP2, AVI, OGG and WAV formats, supports multi-session media, and offers bootable disc creation features. There were also options of test writing, verification of recording process correctness and buffer protection during burning (BURNproof, JustLink, Power-Burn, SafeBurn, SeamlessLink systems). The program supports most of the most popular media, including CDs, CD-RW, DVD+R/-Rs (also double-layer), DVD+RW/-RW, BD-R and BD-RE.

ISO9660, Joliet, UDF, ISO9660 Bridged Joliet, UDF Bridged ISO9660 (DVD Video) and ISO9660 Joliet UDF Bridged as well as TAO (Track at Once) and DAO (Disc At Once) data recording methods are supported. The program is available in English. Cheetah DVD Burner interface refers to solutions known from such popular tools as Nero Burning Rom, so that its operation should not cause problems even for novice users.
