Bulk Rename Utility is a powerful, free tool for mass renaming of files. Thanks to it, even inexperienced users can conveniently manipulate the names of files with documents, digital photos or music. The application successfully handles even very large sets of files, including renaming files and folders, deleting or adding text to the names, replacing selected phrases and single characters, modifying the size of letters, adding a date to the names, or automatically numbering files.
