nexo Office is a program created for accountancy offices and tax advisors who use systems from the InsERT nexo line in their daily work. The application supports accounting offices in three main areas of work: it supports typical activities performed in each office, such as customer billing or tracking the progress of work in monthly customer service, automates work on many entities of the InsERT nexo system and facilitates communication with office customers through a dedicated portal.
The nexo Office is an integral part of the InsERT nexo system. It works on the same basis with other programs supporting the accounting office. This architecture provides access to all platform mechanisms, such as:
own fields, flags, InsMAIL, lists, printouts, Sphere, document library and many others.
