BitSpirit is a very easy to use BitTorrent network client offering a lot of configuration possibilities. In addition to supporting the BitTorrent protocol itself, the application offers many useful features such as a torrent file creator, a maximum upload and download speed controller, a free disk space caching mechanism, an option to turn off the computer after all tasks have been completed, and support for chat rooms to communicate with file shareers and downloaders. Other interesting features of BitSpirit applications mentioned by the manufacturer include support for proxy connections (HTTP/SOCKS4/5), low CPU and RAM usage, IP filter and support for DHT networks.

The Polish language interface is another advantage of the BitSpirit application.
