Auslogics Windows Slimmer is a free (non-commercial) tool designed to optimize Windows 7/8/10. The program consists of 3 modules, in which you will find functions that mainly remove redundant components from your hard drive. Systematic use of them will allow the user not only to recover unnecessarily occupied space on the computer disk, but will also have a beneficial effect on the performance of Windows and the installed programs and games.

Auslogics Windows Slimmer allows, among other things, to remove outdated libraries from the WinSxS folder, old Windows versions archived on the disk (e.g. after updating the environment), temporary system updates files, as well as Windows restore points (without the last three). Thanks to this program, the user will also clean up the contents of the system trash can, folder with temporary files, logs of various types of applications or copies of data that were stored on CD/DVD media.

Another noteworthy tool offered by Auslogics Windows Slimmer is the manager of the applications installed on the computer. It displays a list of all available programs and games, including information on how often we use them, allowing us to uninstall them (standard and forced).
