The Correspondence Book Assistant is an electronic correspondence diary, which gives the possibility to register incoming and outgoing correspondence. The main advantages of the program include the creation of reports from correspondence, printouts, adding files to the contractor's data, checking the correctness and localization (NIP, bank account numbers, postal codes, REGON, PESEL) and a built-in database of postal codes, namesakes and area codes. Additionally, the Correspondence Book Assistant application has been equipped with a module for working in a network between multiple users, a correspondence archive and a quick search engine.
