Ares is a P2P network client that allows sharing resources between multiple users including audio, video, programs, documents and photos. Shared files are organized in a category database, which can be sorted according to several criteria (e.g. type, category).

The program automatically searches for more sources of a given file and at the same time increases its download speed. It offers features such as bookmarking multifinder, proxy setting, resuming transfers, setting transfer limits, banning users or selecting the interface skin. A very useful feature of the Aresa is the built-in media player, offering a preview of the materials not yet downloaded in full.

In addition, Ares has a Chat tab where you can create your own or enter existing rooms.
