aMSN is a multi-platform, free MSN Messenger clone. It is compatible with Messenger version 6, such as image display, file transfer between clients or the ability to attach your own set of emoticons. Work on the implementation of functions available in version 7 of the protocol is in progress.

The main advantage of this communicator is the ability to connect to several MSN accounts at the same time. Contacts can be divided into groups and short comments can be added to them, and conversations and conferences are held in tabs with the ability to save to disk. The latest version of the communicator supports conversations in 40 languages, also with the use of a webcam.

A nice addition is the built-in simple alarm system, which will remind you about an important event. However, if the basic version of aMSN does not meet the requirements or you get bored of its appearance, you can enrich it by installing plugins, skins and emoticons sets. The latest version of the program is supplied with the installer of these components, making it even easier.
