ActivePresenter is a free (for home use) tool for creating all kinds of presentations, trainings and simulations. It offers a rich set of functions allowing to enrich the project with additional graphic objects, interactive elements, etc. It is a free tool to create presentations, trainings and simulations.

The program allows you to record a user-defined screen area, capture images from movies or streaming videos, import presentations from PowerPoint, and create standard slideshows for demonstrations. ActivePresenter also allows you to overwrite the narrator for presentation and load the previously prepared soundtrack in MP3, OGG, WMA and WAV formats. In addition, we have a number of functions at our disposal, which allow us to enrich the presentations with shapes, subtitles, backlighting, spotlight, etc.

The user can use them in a variety of ways. The user has the ability to edit the path of the cursor and enrich the project with interactive elements, useful during the creation of e.g. trainings or quizzes.

The latter include such items as clicking the mouse, hovering over the cursor, pressing a key or a text field. The free version has no time limits or functionality. Ready presentations can be saved as PNG and JPEG images as well as AVI, WMV, MPEG4 and WebM video.

Optionally, it is also possible to export to other formats available in the program (FLV, PDF, HTML, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, SCORM 1.2/2004, PPT/PPTX), but in this case a watermark with the program name is applied to the image.
